Forget about days off! They say you can get subs but that's a lie! It is hard to find them. So many times my teammates and I wanted to report to "HR" about our leaders but realize it would fall on deaf ears. I worked in corporate America for years and this company does NOT have a human resource department to handle situations among employees. No real HR to handle situations with leadership. They wonder why trust is so low yet refuse to look at their own contribution to the situation. They make all the money and claim they will invest in you yet will to a certain point. ![]() Leaders are too comfortable with their paychecks. ![]() They say it is going to be great yet when they finally drop the news, it isn't so great. Worst Leadership- they claim transparency and yet do not give all the information at meetings. It is a shame because this company has all the makings of being great and yet fail every single time. If I could give this company negative stars I would. ![]() It did not start out toxic but became that way the last 2 years.
